It was portrayed as the mother of all secure elections, despite the numerous cries of foul-play in many corners of the country. The initial findings of the states election officials were allowed to proceed to the inauguration. Courts were slapping down challenges left and right, Even SCOTUS shirked one of its primary duties of resolving disputes between states with the ruling that Texas had “No-Standing” to challenge the last minute, illegal changes to the voting laws enacted by Pennsylvania, an action repeated by several swing states as a result of suits by lawyers hired by the DNC as they took advantage of the pandemic.
How one state (or state A) can be deprived of national representation by the illegal practices of another state (or state B) which is voting on the same national issue or representative, because state A has “No Standing,” would appear to be a question of law in need of a more in-depth review.
